Ahad Jan, the man who was booked for hurling shoe on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in 2010 Tuesday claimed that he is receiving threat phone calls from different quarters.
“I frequently receive phone calls and the callers threaten me of dire consequences for no apparent reason,” he told CNS adding the all these calls come from an unknown numbers and these numbers are not visible on the display of the mobile set.
Confirming these claims made by Ahad Jan, his Counsel Advocate Mudasir Gulzar said that Jan is getting threat calls from unknown persons and these persons have made his life hell.
“My client is telling the truth and the police should take cognizance of the matter and expose those who are after his life,” he said.
