SRINAGAR:Three individuals died in a tragic road accident in Ramban district on Friday.
An official informed news agency KS that a vehicle with registration number JK 19 9605 rolled down from Mehar in Chenab, prompting a rescue operation. The bodies of the deceased have been recovered.
The victims have been identified as Bharat Singh, aged 52 and son of Tej Ram, resident of Teli Majra Seri Ramban; Vikram Singh, aged 30 and son of Bharat Singh, also from Teli Majra Seri Ramban; and Rohit Katoch, aged 17 and son of Surjit Katoch, resident of Gali Bas Ramban.
The police have initiated an investigation into the matter. (KS)
