SRINAGAR: The General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir today relieved three IAS officers following transfer orders issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to separate government orders, Santosh D Vaidya has been relieved to join his new posting in Delhi, Syed Abid Rashid Shah has been relieved to take up his assignment in Chandigarh, and Baseer Ul Haq Chaudhary has been transferred to Ladakh.
All three officers have been relieved with immediate effect from February 20, 2026 (afternoon) to enable them to assume their new postings.
