Three passengers were injured on Tuesday after a vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident at Shahdara Jabda Kamalkote, in Uri town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Reports said that a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK05d 1716 skidded off the road resulting in injuries of three passengers.

The injured passengers were identified as brothers Jahangir Ahmed, Zubair Ahmed and Pervaiz Ahmed, sons of Late Nayamutulla, residents of Kundi Barjala.

However, the trio were referred to SDH Uri for the treatment and are said to be stable.

Earlier, 32 passengers were injured in a bus accident near TRC in Uri town of the district Baramulla.
