SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Bandipora district have booked three ‘notorious’ drug smugglers under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention order from competent authority and lodged them in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu for their continuous involvement in trade of contraband substances.
They, as per Police have been identified as Umar Shaban Bhat son of Mohd Shaaban Bhat, Abrar Ahmed Bhat son of Mohmad Aslam Bhat and Irfan Ahmed Bhat son Ghulam Rasool Bhat, all residents of Aragam Bandipora.
