Three persons were injured on Wednesday in twin grenade blasts in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
While divulging the details, SSP Shopian Shalinder Mishra said that the suspected militants first hurled the grenade at Police Station Shopian.
“After two minutes’ gap, they hurled another one in a main chowk, 200 meters away from police station Shopian, which resulted into the injuries to three persons,” he said.
The injured have been rushed to Hospital, the SSP said.
“Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to nab the suspected militants involved behind the attack,” he added.
