SRINAGAR: Three residential houses and four shops were damaged in a fire incident in the Batamaloo area of Srinagar district on Saturday, officials said.
An official from the F&ES department said that the fire damaged three residential houses along with four shops situated on the ground floor of one building. The suspected cause of the fire is a short circuit.
Additionally, the official stated that two firefighters received minor injuries during the firefighting operation, and their condition is stated to be stable—(KNO)
