SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday claimed to have arrested top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander at Parimpora area of Srinagar.
“Top LeT commander Nadeem Abrar #arrested. He was involved in several #killings. Big success for us: IGP Kashmir,” Kashmir Zone police tweeted.
