SRINAGAR: Veteran trade union leader and former President EJAC Rafiq Rather along with his supporters on Sunday joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in presence of the PDP president Mehbooba Mufti.
Welcoming him into the fold, PDP President Mehbooba Mufti said that her party has always kept its doors open for the people with the perspective minds and that Rather’s joining will help to strengthen the party further on the ground.
