The traffic movement on Srinagar -Jammu highway was disrupted for some time after a joint team of army and Police found a suspicious object lying unattended on the roadside in south Kashmir.
Reports said that the traffic movement was affected for some time on the highway after security forces found a suspicious object in Malpora area of Qazigund.
They said that a team of bomb disposal squad was reached on the spot to examine the object.
An official while confirming the development said that they have restored the traffic on the road after receiving clearance from the bomb disposal squad. “As such no dangerous material was found,” he added.
