SRINAGAR

The Srinagar Jammu highway connecting Kashmir valley with other parts of the valley has been restored on Friday, after remaining partially suspended for three days and  was thrown open for one sided traffic.

“The vehicles will move towards Jammu from Srinagar from today onwards,” a traffic official told.

“The highway was earlier blocked by landslides that hit the road but the roads have been cleared now,” he added.
