According to official statement from office of Superintendent of Police, Traffic Rural, Kashmir, all kinds of vehicles shall be allowed to travel from Srinagar to Jammu in a regulated manner on February 19, 2013.
However, all kinds of vehicles shall also be allowed to travel from Jammu to Srinagar on February 20, 2013 in a regulated manner.
