Inspector General of police, Traffic in his communiqu? stated that on February 15,2013, subject to fair weather and good conditions of road all kinds of vehicles would be allowed to travel from Kashmir side towards Jammu in regulated manner.
0n 16th Feb, subject to fair weather and good conditions of road all kinds of vehicles would be allowed to travel from Jammu side towards Kashmir in regulated manner.
