SRINAGAR: Train services in Kashmir valley have been resumed on Srinagar Banihal track on Wednesday after remaining suspended for two days.

The service was suspended on Monday due to security measures following the killing of a civilian in south Kashmir’s  Pulwama district.

“All trains will run as per schedule from Baramulla in north Kashmir to Banihal in Jammu region as a fresh advisory was received last night to resume the services, a railway official said.

The train service was suspended on Monday soon after the killing of a civilian Fayaz Ahmed Wani in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
