Srinagar
One militant has been killed during an ongoing encounter on Tuesday in Lam forest area of Tral town of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
“One terrorist neutralised, salute to our martyre. (SIC)” DGP SP Vaid wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, one army man was killed, one injured and a Jammu and Kashmir policeman also sustained injuries.
Meanwhile, a search operation is going on in the Lam forests of the area following the encounter between the forces and militants.
