SRINAGAR: A three-story house suffered extensive damage in a fire incident that broke out in the Buchpora area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Monday.
News Agency Kashmir Scroll reported that a fire broke out in a three-storey residential house of Farooq Ahmad, son of Ghulam Ahmad Zargar of Usman Abad Buchpora.
In the mishap, the house was gutted completely despite the efforts of the fire service department, police, and locals who tried dousing the flames by pouring water and with the help of fire extinguishers.
The cause of fire was not know immediately reports added. Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this fire mishap.
