Two army personnel injured in Kulgam attack

Two army personnel were injured after a vehicle they were travelling fired upon by suspected militants at Khudwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam on Wednesday on a late evening.

A police officer told news agency GNS that militants fired upon a private vehicle carrying army men of intelligence wing at Khudwani area. In the attack, two army men suffered injuries and were shifted to a military hospital for treatment where their condition is said to be stable.

Soon after the attack, the government forces launched searches in the area to nab the attackers.
