A driver and a conductor of a truck were injured after the Truck they were travelling in turned turtle at Ashajipora Islamabad in the wee hours of Thursday night, police said.
The injured were shifted to district hospital Islamabad where doctors termed their condition stable.
The truck laden with wheat bags bearing registration number JK02A-7757 was on its way from Jammu to Srinagar when the driver lost control of the truck and and hit two parked trucks later turning turtle. The injured driver and conductor have been identified as Adil Hussain and Owais Ahmad Mir both residents of Hassanpur Arwani Islamabad.
Police have registered a case under FIR No. 217/2017 U/S 279, 827 RPC and investigations have been taken up.
