” As forces intensified searches in the area, hiding militants fired upon forces which was retaliated, triggering an encounter,” a police official said.
On Friday evening two unidentified militants were killed while they were trying to flee along with a police man-they had abducted, minutes earlier from his home in Kulgam district, an official said.
