SRINAGAR: Two militants were killed in an encounter with counter-insurgent forces at Redwani area in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday.
An official said that two militants were killed so far in the ongoing encounter at Redwani area of Kulgam.
The identity and the affiliations of the slain militants could not be ascertained immediately.
Earlier, a police spokesman said a gunfight broke out between militants and forces at Redwani area of Kulgam.
