SRINAGAR: Two militants were killed in an ongoing gunfight with the counter-insurgent forces in Kutpora area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday.
An official said that two militants were killed so far in the ongoing encounter at Kutpora.
The identity and the affiliations of the slain militants could not be ascertained immediately.
Earlier, a police spokesman said a gunfight broke out between militants and forces in Kutpora area of Shopian.
