SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday said that two Juveniles along with their fathers were arrested in Hit and run case of Rajbagh in Srinagar district on Friday.
Police spokesman in a statement said that two Juveniles were apprehended in a hit and run case where one youth from Kupwara died in Raj Bagh on Friday.
He said that Dr Shamin Bhat and Fayaz Rather, fathers of both juveniles, were arrested in the 191A MV act for giving vehicles to minors.
“Case registered at Raj Bagh PS u/s 279,304A of IPC and vehicle seized,” said a police spokesman in a statement.
