Two school going girls have gone missing in north Kashmir’s Handwara since Monday morning creating panic among their families and relatives.

Sources told GNS that two girls (name withheld), one in 9th class and another in 10th class, left for their school on Monday morning in Baghat Pora Handwara in Kupwara district. “Both of them didn’t reach school and went missing,” sources told the news gathering agency.

Though their parents and relatives searched for them but there is no clue of missing girls.

Meanwhile, the families of the missing girls informed police and police have also started searches.

The Superintendent of Police Handwara, Abdul Qayoom said that a case has been registered in this regard and police have started massive searches two find out the duo.
