SRINAGAR: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav on Monday placed two government teachers under suspension following the registration of an FIR against both of them on the allegations of sexual harassment by a minor girl in remote Kuchhal area of Mughal maidan in the Kishtwar District, as per media reports.
Dr Devansh Yadav issued an order on Monday stating that Physical Education Master (PEM), Government Higher Secondary School Boys, Kishtwar, and Physical Education Teacher (PET), Middle School Inderwal are hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect.
“Pending enquiry into the matter, Roshan Lal Shan, PEM, Govt Hr Secondary School Boys Kishtwar and Sanjay Kumar Sharma, PET, MS inderwal are hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect. The said official shall remain attached in the office of CEO Kishtwar.”
CEO Kishtwar is appointed as enquiry officer, who shall conduct the in-depth enquiry and shall submit the report along with recommendation within 15 days positively for further necessary action” read the order
