On the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr, the chief of United Jihad Council (UJC) and Hizb Syed Salahuddin Tuesday extended his heartfelt greetings to Muslim Ummah and particularly the people of Jammu and Kashmir urging them not to forget the underprivileged section of the society on this joyous occasion.
In a statement to CNS, Syed Salahuddin said, “the sacrifices laid by people for the sacred cause will show it’s colour and these sacrifices will not go waste.”
“The affluent and influential people must share their joys and happy moments with widows, orphans, disabled, refugees and the heirs of martyrs, and extend helping hand to hapless people languishing in jails within and outside the Valley”, he said.
The UJC chief reiterated that “freedom struggle will continue till it is not taken to its logical end”.
