SRINAGAR: An unidentified body was recovered from a Nallah in Inderkoot area of Sumbal in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Sunday afternoon, officials said.
Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that the body was spotted by locals, who later informed the police.
He said that a police team reached to the spot and the body was shifted to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The deceased has been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Lone son of Farooq Ahmad Lone from Vijpara Hajin who was missing from March 13.
