Srinagar police fished out a body of an unknown lady from river Jhelum, this morning, a police statement said.
“An unidentified body of a female age about 25 to 30 yrs was fished out from river Jhelum near Mujgund. The deceased is wearing a parrot colour Shalwar Kameez.

Meanwhile, one shop was damaged in a fire incident in Kupwara last evening.
“Fire broke out in the shop of Hashmir Khawaja son of Ayoub Khawaja at Dardpora, Kralpora Kupwara, resulting in partial damage to the shop. Fire was brought under control with the help of Fire Tenders and Police.”
