SRINAGAR: United Nations in collaboration with the Nippon Foundation is offering a fully funded fellowship. The fellowship is designed to equip government officials as well as mid-level professionals with advanced knowledge and techniques regarding ocean affairs and international law on the seas. The application deadline for the fellowship is September 8, 2023.
Selected fellows will receive a monthly stipend and medical insurance along with other significant benefits. Local transport or mobility costs are covered and a book allowance of 100 Dollars per month will be given to the fellows. The duration of the fellowship is nine months.
The applicant must be between the age of 25 to 40 years and the applicant must be dealing directly with ocean affairs.
The applicants have to fill out the online application form. It must be typewritten and or word-processed. The applicants must answer all the questions completely and clearly. Special attention must be paid to sections 18,19,20,21, and 23 of the application. The applicant must provide a correct personal history. A proposed research and study program plan must be given.
