SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Bank’s executive has addressed the numerous complaints from users regarding issues with the bank’s UPI application. Users encountered difficulties logging in and conducting transactions.

A bank executive explained that they upgraded their UPI platform on December 13, with prior notification to all customers. The executive emphasised that customers were advised to reset their passcodes.

He said, “Customers who successfully updated their UPI PIN experienced no issues using the app.” The bank has urged users to update the UPI app and reset their PIN for smooth transactions.

“Over 2 lakh customers have already migrated, with more than 1 million successful transactions in the last 24 hours,” he added.

The bank also cautioned users against clicking on unauthorised links for security reasons and expressed regret for any inconvenience caused.
