As the upper house of state legislature resumed its business, Congress MLC Jugal Kishore brought an adjournment motion to discuss the deteriorating situation in J&K.
Jugal said that two cow carcasses were found in Udhampur yesterday which kept the Srinagar-Jammu highway closed for the day.
“There is a conspiracy at some level to deteriorate the communal harmony of state,” Kishore said.
