Senior Congress leader and Former Minister Abdul Gani Vakil has been Nominated to serve as Director in the Board of Directors of Ellaquai Dehati Bank, Jammu and Kashmir.
The order in this regard was issued by Ministry of Finance Government of India vide its notification dated November 5, 2013.
The bank is a leading Rural Bank in the India and plays a vital role in development and prosperity of rural areas particularly agriculture sector.
