As tensions are increasing in Kashmir valley, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday summoned J&K governor NN Vohra to New Delhi to discuss prevailing situation.

Beides Vohra is also scheduled to meet national security adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval and home minister Rajnath Singh before meeting PM Modi.

The situation in Kashmir valley is simmering with increasing protests.

Congress has already demanded governor’s rule for the state.

Pertinently, BJP president Amit Shah is in Jammu for two days to discuss Kashmir situation.
