After taking over the administrative responsibility of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Governor N.N Vohra on Wednesday held a meeting with senior administrative officers and security forces here in Srinagar.
Reports said during the meeting Governor directed that all the orders issued by any Government Department on 19 June 2018 including the release of funds to be kept in abeyance.
Reports said that Vohra directed authorities that issue of SSA Teachers to be resolved immediately and the SRO-43 cases to be expedited.
He added that regularization of Casual Workers/Daily Rated Workers etc to be expedited under SRO-520.
The meeting was earlier called in by Vohra after President of India placed Jammu and Kashmir under Governor’s rule after the BJP withdrew support to its alliance partner PDP, prompting Mehbooba Mufti to resign as the chief minister.
