Water Level in Jehlum that had touched the flood level at Sangam and Ram Munshi Bagh is showing a declining or static trend.

As per the hourly readings by the Flood Control Department, the water level Monday morning at 11.00 AM at Sangam was 22.30 Feet, at Ram – Munshi Bagh 19.50 feet and at Asham 11.04 feet.

With a minor decline, the water level at Sangam at 12: 00 Noon was 22.20 feet, Ram – Munshi Bagh 19.50 feet and Asham at 11.83 feet.

Similarly, showing further decline, the level came down to 22.00 feet at Sangam at 1:00 PM, but went up  to  19.60 feet at Ram – Munshi Bagh and 11.91 at Asham. It receded further at Sangam to 21.55 feet at 2:00 PM but rose to 19.70 feet at Ram Munshi Bagh and 12.00 feet at Asham.

Likewise, the water level at Sangam was 21.55 feet at 3: 00 PM, 19.70 feet at Ram- Munshi Bagh and 12.16 feet at Asham, while at 4:00 PM, the water level at Sangam receded further to 21.20 feet.

During the same time the water level at Ram- Munshi Bagh was 19.70 feet and Asham at 12. 15 feet.

At 5.00 PM the water level at Sangam was 21.00 feet, at Ram- Munshi Bagh 19.70 feet and Asham 12.33 feet.
