Declaring “India’s traditional intransigence and unrealistic stance over Kashmir Issue” as open imperialistic mood, President J&K Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian and senior Hurriyat (g) leader, Aga Syed Hassan Almosavi Alsafvai Friday said that peaceful resolution of bilateral disputes between two nuclear rival neighbors is vital for the security of their existence.

While speaking during Friday congregation at Central Imam Bara Budgam, Agha Hassan said, “Kashmir dispute is a recognized political reality which cannot be changed by violence and force. In view of Changing political and military scene in South Asia, political solution to the longstanding disputed has become more necessary and inevitable.”

“Oppressed Muslims in different parts of the world are busy to get rid from the oppressive domination forces and instead of supporting oppressed nations, World powers are involved with their offenses,” he said.

He said that United Nation has failed to implement passed resolution of Right to Self-Determination. “In such circumstances struggle demands unity, perseverance and determination to continue the ongoing freedom struggle,” he added in his sermon.

Aga Syed Hassan stressed upon “sharing of one platform, one flag and one slogan to continue the Movement”.

Described the beef ban in Kashmir as intervention in religious affairs, Agha Hassan said that protest and resistance against un-Islamic laws is a religious duty and Muslims are bound to follow Islamic law only.
