Jammu and Kashmir police on Tuesday claimed to have foiled a weapon-snatching bid by two unknown men in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A police spokesman in a statement said a weapon snatching bid by two car-borne youth after hitting a policeman on Naka in Shopian district foiled.
“Culprit chased and caught by alert police team lead by two officers,” he said.
“Interrogation of the culprits on,” he said.
