The Jammu and Kashmir meteorological department on Sunday forecasted a moderate snow and rainfall all over the state in next 24 hours, an official from MeT said.
“Moderate rain and snow is likely to occur in Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours,” a MET Department official said.
Srinagar has recorded minus 0.4 degree Celsius, Tourist destination Pahalgam has recorded minus 3.0 degree Celsius while Gulmarg has also recorded minus 6.3, respectively.
The Kokernag area of district Islamabad has recorded minus 0.4 and Kupwara has recorded minus 2.2 while Leh town in Ladakh has recorded minus 5.5 degree Celsius.
The Jammu city has recorded 7.9 degree Celsius, Katra 8.2, Batote 3.2, Bannihal 1.5 and Bhaderwah 0.7 as the night’s lowest temperatures.
