SRINAGAR: A woman died and her son was injured in an accident involving a truck and a scooty in the Haripora area of Ganderbal on Friday morning, officials said.
An official said that the accident occurred when the scooty collided head-on with the truck, resulting in the woman’s immediate death and injuries to her son.
The woman has been identified as Aasha Begum, wife of Ghulam Mohammad Lone, from Hakeem Gund, Ganderbal.
