SRINAGAR: A 32-year-old woman was killed by a lightning strike in Rajouri district on Monday evening.
According to officials, Akhter Begum, 32, wife of Mohammad Riaz, resident of Hubbi, Tehsil Kotranka, was collecting grass for cattle near Ruprri Gali in Chhe-Sari Dhok when the incident occurred.
The police have taken up the investigation into the incident.
