A wreath-laying event was held on Monday in District Police Lines Pulwama where tributes were paid to the slain constable Mudasir Ahmad who was killed on today evening in an attack at Muran Pulwama.
A police spokesperson said: “Civil and Police officers led by Inspector General of Police S.P Pani-IPS along with DIG SKR Amit Kumar IPS and District SP Pulwama Mohammad Aslam laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains and paid rich tributes to the slain.”
“Among others who laid wreaths includes commandants of 182 and 183 BN CRPF, ASP Chandan Kohli and other officers and Jawans,” the spokesman said.
