The younger sister of Humair Yaseen, a resident of Nowhata area of the old city in Srinagar breathed her last on Tuesday after a cardiac arrest, reports said.
Humair was arrested in November last year from Jammu and is lodged in District Jail Kuthua under draconian PSA.
The family has appealed the government to release Humair so that he can participate in the last rites of her sister.
