A youth was injured in clashes that erupted after Friday prayers in Downtown Srinagar.
Reports said that youth staged protests ain Nowhatta area of old city in Srinagar after the congregational prayers.
They said that forces resorted to teargas shelling and pellet firing to break up the protests.
The identity of the youth could not be ascertained till last reports came in.
