SRINAGAR: An unknown person stabbed a youth with a sharp-edged weapon near Eidgah park in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Wednesday.
A police official said that a youth, identified as Kaiser Ahmad Sofi, son of Gulzar Ahmad Sofi and a resident of Noorbagh, was stabbed with a sharp-edged weapon near Eidgah park in Srinagar.
He further stated that Kaiser sustained injuries and was subsequently shifted to SMHS Srinagar for treatment.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation. (KS)
