The Supreme Court has fixed the matter for final disposal on April 24. The apex court also asked the J&K government to stop the investigation on basis of FIR till the matter is heard on April 24, reports added.

Last month, the top court had restricted the Mehbooba Mufti-led government from taking any “coercive steps” against Army officers, including Major Aditya Kumar, accused in the case.
