The house of PDP worker who was killed yesterday by militants at Humhuna Shopian was Tuesday set on fire by locals.
PDP activist and former sarpanch Mohammad Ramzan was killed by militants at his home yesterday.
A local militant Shawkat Fallahi who reportedly shot Ramzan dead was also killed in a scuffle following the killing after militants and family of the sarpanch entered into a physical brawl.
The shootout took place at about 8 PM inside the home of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) activist Ramzan Sheikh.
As per reports, scores of people assembled at Homhuma village and set the house on fire.
However no one was injured in the incident.
