A girl died and eleven others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley. A police statement said on Monday.
A Tata 407 bearing registration number JK05/1550 hit and injured a girl Nakeeba Ajaz daughter of Ajaz Ahmad Shah resident of Dangiwacha Sopore. The injured girl was shifted to Dangiwacha hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. The body of deceased girl was handed over to her next of kins for last rites.
Meanwhile, ten persons were injured when a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK01T/5726 they were travelling in turned turtle near CMP Check post Singhbagh, Kholabagh, Baramulla. All the injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment.
In another accident, a Sumo bearing registration number JK05/9116 hit a Maruti car bearing registration number JK05C/4720 near Petrol Pump Sheeri, in Baramulla, resulting in injuries to Maruti driver Waqar Ahmad khan son of Fareed Khan resident of Pehlipora Boniyar.
