One person died while another was injured in different traffic accidents across the valley, a police statement said on Wednesday.
Bilal Ahmad Dar who was injured in a road mishap at Garend Kallan, in Budgam on June 9, succumbed to his injuries at SMHS Hospital Srinagar.
Meanwhile, a Tata 407 vehicle bearing registration number JK03/2607 carrying students rammed into a tree near Kiherbal in Mattan, Islamabad, resulting in injuries to 13 students. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
In another road accident, an Alto bearing registration number JK13B /7045 hit a Fortuner vehicle bearing registration number 2500/JK0IV near Naaz Crossing, in Srinagar, resulting in minor damage to both the vehicles.
