SRINAGAR
One person died and three others were injured in different road accidents across the valley. A police statement said on Saturday.
A Santro car bearing registration number Jk03B/2714 hit and injured a pedestrian Mohammad Khalil Teeli son of Abdul Aziz resident of Hiller, in Kokernag. The injured succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital. The body of deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
Meanwhile, an unknown tractor hit a motorcycle bearing registration number Jk05B/6983 near Baba motor Model town, Sopore, in Sopore, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
In another accident, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01N/7009 met with an accident at Bye pass near Honda motors, in, Srinagar, resulting in injuries to two persons riding on it. Both the persons were shifted to SMHS, Hospital for treatment.
