One person died while three others were injured in different road accidents in the valley, police said.
In Budgam, an Ambulance bearing registration number 84791/JK05E of Tangmarg Hospital hit and injured one person Ali Mohammad Wani resident of Babapora at Magam in the jurisdiction of Police Station Magam. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. Budgam police has registered a case in this regard.
In Srinagar, a Scorpio vehicle bearing registration number JK014A-7000 and a Verna car bearing registration number JK01V-3555 collided with each other near Bye Pass Bridge in the jurisdiction of Police Post Chanpora, resulting in injuries to one Shakeel-ul Rehman resident of Qazibagh Rawalpora, Srinagar. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Srinagar police has registered a case in this regard.
In Kulgam, an unknown motorcycle hit and injured a minor boy Ishan Ahmed Sofi resident of Doderkote at Behibagh in the jurisdiction of Police Post Behibagh. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Kulgam police has registered a case in this regard.
In Kupwara, a Tipper bearing registration number JK01A/3482 hit a Maruti car bearing registration number JK09A/2913 at Shaloora Kralpora road in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kralpora, resulting in injuries to the driver of Maruti car. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Kralpora for treatment where from he was referred to Srinagar hospital for further treatment. Kupwara police has registered a case in this regard.
