SRINAGAR
One person died and thirteen others were injured in different road accidents across the valley. A police statement said on Friday.
A Mahindra vehicle bearing registration number JK09/3487 met with an accident at Puthroo Mood, resulting in on spot death of Allah-u-din son of Siraj-ud-din resident of Pathroo and injuries to four others who were travelling in it. All the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital Kralpora for treatment.
 The body of deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
A Tavera bearing registration number JK03C/8054 met with an accident at Hutmoru, in Mattan, Islamabad, resulting in injuries to three tourists, travelling in it. All the injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a Tata L.P bearing Chases number 607876 met with an accident at Dooru main Market, resulting in injuries to a pedestrian Gul Mohammad Bhat son of Abdul Gani resident of Koty Gund. The injured was shifted to District Hospital, Islamabad, for treatment. Dooru Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Mehandera 207 bearing registration number Jk05D-1912 rammed with a Mulberry tree at Balaharan on Highway, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Mirgund, resulting in injuries to two persons including the driver of the vehicle. Both the injures were shifted to hospital for treatment.
In another accident, an Alto car bearing registration number JK18/5376, hit a motorcycle bearing registration number 76416, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist and a pillion. Both the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
 An I-10 car bearing registration number JK01M/4057 hit and injured a pedestrian Saleema wife of Mohammad Siddiq resident of Usmania colony near SDA Complex, Bemina. The injured lady was shifted to hospital for treatment.
